We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

Returns made within 30 days of purchase will be refunded to the original method used for payment (no exceptions).  Only merchandise purchased on on or after September 25th, 2023 are potentially eligible for return.

  • You will need to provide your order #, item(s) you want to return, and the reason for return in order to receive a mailing label & return shipping instructions.    
  • You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed.
  • Please allow 4-5 business days for your refund to be initiated

Any orders placed before the 25th of September 2023 
Should your question relate to any product order placed before 25th of September 2023, any unprocessed return or outstanding refund, please contact your bank or payment service provider to file a chargeback.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please contact customer service for issues related to damages, workmanship and mis-shipped items.

Sadly, we are unable to offer direct exchanges due to the logistics of our current fulfilment. Please return your order for a refund. Once the return is accepted make a separate order for the new item.
