Can I amend or cancel an order?

Please contact customer service immediately here.

We process and ship orders quickly, so unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the correction in time.

Kindly note, changes to shipping addresses may cause a delay in processing, transit and/or delivery times.

If we are unable to make the changes you are looking for and the item is not suitable you can send the order back as a return. Please see our returns page further instructions on how to return an item.

Where does Hunter deliver to?

Hunterboots.ca delivers exclusively within Canada at this current time. 

What payment methods can I use on the Hunter website?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including, but not limited to, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can also choose to pay through express payment portals such as Apple Pay or Google Pay.

How do I return my order?

Please follow the steps on our returns page to return your order.

Any orders placed before the 25th of September 2023 

Should your question relate to any product order placed before 25th of September 2023, any unprocessed return or outstanding refund, please contact your bank or payment service provider to file a chargeback.

What size should I buy?

We recommend that you purchase the same size as you take in a shoe, our boots allow for wearing thicker socks. If you are in-between sizes we recommend opting for the smaller size for our Original and Field ranges. For Refined styles, we recommend taking a size up if you are in-between sizes. Please see our size guides and fit information located on the product page. This will give you the best information on how the sizes run.

Do my Hunter boots come with a warranty?

We hope you’re happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you need to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of the date of delivery.

We are in the process of relaunching the Hunter brand in Canada and will do our very best to assist with any warranty inquiries.  Please contact cs@hunterboots.ca to discuss the issue(s), and please include proof of purchase, a description of the problem with item(s), as well as some images of your item(s) that will help expedite the process of reviewing any warranty claims.

Please be sure to include the following images:

  • Images of the fault(s)
  • Both footwear together showing the uppers
  • The sole units of both footwear
  • An image of the inside of the tongue label on the footwear (We will need this as we require the factory detail which is printed on the inside of the tongue)

Sustainability?

We are incredibly proud of brands Scottish roots and our unique heritage as a British brand. As part of our commitment to safeguarding Hunter, our production is based in China, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam. Taking into consideration local environmental factors, these factories are some of the largest and highest quality producers of rubber in the world and manufacturing very close to the materials source helps reduce the carbon footprint of our products. All factories are close to our rubber plantations and reflect our values and our commitment to quality and innovation.

My Discount Code isn't working?

When you sign up to our exciting newsletter, you will shortly receive an e-mail with your welcome code (please allow up to 20 minutes for the email to reach your inbox). When you reach checkout, enter the code into the Discount field and click Apply. Please note that discount codes are not valid in conjunction with any other offers.
