Doesn't live up to name and the quality promises

Had these for just 2 years (second pair now), and they just don't last like they should at the price they are sold for. They were nice to wear but many reasons why they would suck as a boot of quality. First, if you don't have long socks, they chafe your ankles like there's no tomorrow. They also cracked at the top of the boot, JUST like my last pair, even after careful cleaning and care. Hunter's warranty policy doesn't do anything for the consumer, because they cover absolutely nothing after 12 months of wear. If your boots last only 12 months- then maybe you should lower the pricing. They keep losing loyal customers and business for a reason.

Quality vs money = disappointed

I have always wanted a pair of hunter boots, so naturally when I had the opportunity to finally purchase a pair, I jumped at the opportunity. Shortly after, I was very disappointed. They are very expensive which typically I don't mind if they are quality. The liner inside the boot quickly started peeling off which I was not expecting. They also put alot of pressure on the top of my feet making them hurt, despite me having a narrow foot. Wish it wasn't too late to return. I really wish I could be writing something positive :/

Rub on outer ankle

In terms of quality for rain they are good. Unfortunately very uncomfortable as they chaff the outside of your ankle with every step.
