Boots are fine but customer service stinks

The boots finally arrived and are fine. Unfortunately they are a bit looser than expected. I did inquire about the fit of the boots but customer service was only able to provide information that was posted on the website. I’ve also asked to connect with a supervisor and have been waiting for over a week. I get that it’s close to the holidays but it’s really not acceptable to be waiting this long for customer service. Again, the boots are fine.

Wide leg perfect!

I have had the adjustable in the past that were snug. These are perfect for wider calves and still tall like the original. Love.
